<p>The invention concerns an espresso coffeemaker comprising a pump (1) and a thermal block (3) connected by a main line (5), a purge line (6) of the thermal block (3) consisting of a bypass of the main line (5), a distribution organ (7) placed between the pump (1) and the thermal block (3) designed to selectively enable communication between the pump (1) and the thermal block (3) or the thermal block (3) and the purge line (6). According to the invention, the distribution organ (7) has suction means (10) which operate when the distribution organ (7) changes from a first state in which it enables between the pump (1) and the thermal block (3) to a second state in which it enables communication between the thermal block (3) and the purge line (6), said suction means being provided for suctioning residual water contained in the thermal block (3) and in the purge line (6). The suction means (10) comprise a housing (11) defining a water receiving chamber (12) and a mobile piston element (16) slidingly mounted inside the chamber (2).</p> |
