PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a YAG laser power source device wherein a power factor is improved with no increase of capacitor's capacitance. SOLUTION: A commercial power supply 3 is stepped up with a transformer 5, and rectified by a rectifier 7, and then filtered with a filter 9. Here, at the transformer 5, the secondary voltage is lowered when the secondary current is increased. So, if a leakage transformer 5 is used, it lowers the secondary voltage when the secondary current increases. |
