REPEATER FOR CODE DIVISION MULTIPLE ACCESS SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repeater for code division multiple access system where an antenna for a base station and an antenna for a mobile station can be installed close to each other by suppressing an interference signal caused by a re-emitted radio wave from a transmission antenna that enters a reception antenna. SOLUTION: A 1st directional coupler extranets an interference suppression signal from a signal received by the reception antenna, uses a 1st delay means to delay the interference suppression signal 1 to extract a delay signal. The delay signal is fed to a transmission antenna via a 2nd directional coupler to re-emit a radio wave with the same frequency as that of the received signal from the transmission antenna, an interference reference signal branched by the 2nd directional coupler is adjusted for level and the phase by a variable attenuator and a variable phase shifter and the 1st directional coupler composites the adjusted signal with the received signal to have the same amplitude and the inverted phase.
