PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a communication system by which the number of increased ground base stations is reduced even when an entire cover area is increased and the number of platforms is increased. SOLUTION: The communication system is configured with a plurality of platforms 11 that make 2-way communication with a communication body 12 placed in a concerned service area 3, a communication satellite 14 that makes 2-way communication with a plurality of the platforms 11, and a ground base station 15 that makes 2-way communication with the communication satellite 14. Provision of one ore several ground base stations 15 is enough for the one communication satellite 14 controlling all the platforms 11, and when the entire cover area is increased and the number of the platforms 11 is increased, an increased number of the ground base stations 15 can be reduced. |
