PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an organic electric field luminous equipment which suppresses brightness unevenness, a fall of display characteristic, or a brightness fall at the time that the same voltage is impressed, under an influence of an external form of an emission area turning into an obscure form which is not as sharp as that of a designed form and simultaneously an emission area turning small. SOLUTION: The organic electric field luminous equipment which has 80% or more in an effective emission rate which is defined as a ratio of an actual light emitting area to a possible emission area which is specified by a first electrode, an insulated layer, and a second electrode.
