PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts, and improve operability. SOLUTION: If a fitting detection member 40 is displaced from a detection position to a waiting position, a release piece 52 of short circuit release member 50 returns to move from a short circuit release position to a short circuit tolerance position by an own elastic resilience. Because another driving means is unnecessary as a means to let the release piece 52 return to the short circuit tolerance position, there is little necessity for numerous numbers of parts. If the fitting detection member 40 is displaced to the detection position from the waiting position, the release piece 52 is pressed and moved to the short circuit release position from the short circuit tolerance position. That is, because the both of detection action of fitting detection member 40 and the short circuit release action of short circuit release member 50 can be made in one action, the operability is good.
