PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a manual operating handle device, which has a small size and a reduced operation load, and also can be applied to small-sized and large- sized circuit breakers having a different operation load. SOLUTION: The manual operating handle device is constructed in such a manner that it has a four-joint link structure consisting of a manual operating handle 32, the first link member 33, the second link member 36 and a handle base 39. In addition, a plurality of support holes 330a is formed on the first link 330, so that the operation load can be regulated.
