PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming an image with high versatility of paper sheet, while is excellent in the image quality, transfer capability, and fixation oil-less aptitude. SOLUTION: As for this method for forming an image provided with a latent image processing state, a developing stage, a primary transfer stage, a secondary transfer stage and a fixation stage, the transfer for the above primary transfer stage is performed, in order from the toner image whose static charge quantity of the toner in the developing stage is lower, among the toner images in respective colors of the toner in yellow, magenta and cyan, and moreover it is characterized by that the differential of compression degree of the toner in respective colors of yellow, magenta and cyan is not more than 2%.
