PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the dampproof properties and dust resistance of a camera, to singly attach and detach a camera apparatus to/from a lamp unit and to suppress the deterioration of a video quality. SOLUTION: A camera 3 is entirely surrounded by a casing 6 except for a photodetector 4a and is fitted to a lamp housing 9 watertight and detachably through the casing 6. A wire harness 10 connected to the camera 3 is fixed while being led out watertight to the outside of the housing 9 from the casing 6. A cover 12 which is fitted externally to the casing 6 and an elastic packing 31 is provided so as to clog the part between an outer lens 50 and a cover 12 so as to surround a part opposing the part 4a of the camera 3.
