摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film transistor(TFT) substrate for a liquid crystal display device having a wiring structure in which a flicker or poor crosstalk is minimized by reducing the distortion to the voltage of a maintenance electrode line, and the failure of a gate line and data line can be repaired. SOLUTION: The TFT substrate 10 for the liquid crystal display devices includes a gate wiring 22 including the gate line formed in the row direction, a data wiring including a data line 62 which intersects the gate wiring in an insulated state, and which is formed in the column direction, a pixel electrode which is formed on the pixel of a matrix form defined by crossings of the gate line and data line, and which receives transmission of a picture signal from the data line, a maintenance wiring including the maintenance electrode which forms maintenance capacity lapping over the pixel electrode, and which is connected with the maintenance electrode lines 26, 28 and the maintenance electrode line, and a connecting part of the maintenance wiring which connects electrically the maintenance wiring of mutually adjacent pixels.</p>
