PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent the loosening of an adjusting screw. SOLUTION: A block 21 made of a synthetic resin is freely attachably and detachably fitted into a fitting groove 20 formed at a stopper 11. The adjusting screw 9 is screwed into a prepared hole 24 formed at this block 21 and is screwed into a threaded hole 11a of the stopper 11.
