<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce space for the connection part between an existing unit and an extension one and to simplify the structure of the extension unit. SOLUTION: Second buses 27 are supported by one side of second contact makers 26a, and second end shields 28 are connected to the other side. The other side of the contact makers 26a and second end shields 28 are contained in a bellows 29, one end of which is connected to the second main bus tank 25 of the extension unit via a second insulating spacer 26. A protective cover 24 (referee to Fig. 1.) is removed to connect the other end of the bellows 29 to the end tank 21 via a tank cover 23 and an insulation gas is sealed into the bellows 29, so that withstand voltage tests of the extension unit can be conducted.</p> |
