PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an execution computer 2 for executing a task can not be decided unless task information is transmitted to all the execution computers 2 connected to a network every time a management computer 1 receives the processing instruction of the task and evaluated results are received from all the execution computers and a communication amount increases when the processing number of the task or the connection number of the execution computers 2 increases. SOLUTION: Respective processing execution devices 12 transmit throughput values for indicating their own processing conditions to a management device 11 when their own processing conditions are changed. The management device 11 refers to the throughput values transmitted from the respective processing execution devices 12 and decides the processing execution device 12 for requesting the processing of the task.
