PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a software development supporting system for improving the mounting efficiency of integrated software. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a PCOS converting part 11 for detecting the system call of a PCOS from the constituting file of an objective system, and for converting this into the same function of an RTOS, a PCOS conversion information data base 12 for preserving information for displacing the system call of the PCOS into the same function of the RTOS, a hardware function converting part 13 for detecting a hardware control function from the constituting file of the objective system, and for displacing this with the software parts of the RTOS, and a hardware function conversion information data base 14 for preserving the software parts of the RTOS corresponding to the hardware control function.
