PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handlebar structure with a clutch lever capable of enhancing workability by making a handlebar to be easily grasped when a clutch lever is operated. SOLUTION: This handleber structure 30 with the clutch lever is to operate a clutch of a small-sized cultivator 10 by installing the clutch lever 50 to be freely swingable in the vicinity of a grip part 35 of an operation handle 31 and drawing the clutch lever 50 to the side of the grip part 35 and the grip part 35 is provided with a storage recessed part 38 to store the clutch lever 50. Thus, the clutch lever can be maintained in an operating state simply by grasping an operation handlebar by storing the clutch lever in the storage recessed part of the grip part.
