PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation noise reduction system capable of reducing the radiation noise by calculating and adjusting the capacitance of a bypass capacitor mounted closely to an integrated circuit mounted on a substrate, based on the frequency of the noise radiated from the intefrated circuit and an electronic apparatus with the radiation noise reduction system. SOLUTION: The bypass capacitor 12 having a capacitance calculated according to f2=1/(4π2LC), based on a specified frequency of the radiation noise, is mounted closely to the integrated circuit 11 on a digital substrate 10 to thereby reduce the noise such as electromagnetic waves having the specified frequency radiated from the integrated circuit 11, wherein (f) is the frequency (MHz) of the noise radiated from the integrated circuit 11, L is the lead inductance (nH) of the integrated circuit 11, and C is the capacitance (pF) of the bypass capacitor 12.
