摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated battery control unit which restrains input-output of integrated battery not to be in abnormal states when the temperature of a single battery rises. SOLUTION: The integrated battery 10 contains serially connected plural blocks 10A, and each of plural blocks 10A includes serially connected plural single batteries 10B, and the integrated battery control unit 100 is equipped with an input-output part 1 of battery electric power to control input-output of electric power of the integrated battery 10, and a block voltage detection part 2 to detect each block voltage of plural blocks 10A, and a battery current detecting part 3 to detect the battery current of the integrated battery 10, an abnormal temperature rise detecting part 4 to detect abnormal temperature rise of single battery 10B based on the block voltage and battery current, and a vehicle control portion 5 to control the battery electric power input- output part 1. The abnormal temperature rise detecting part 4 contains an internal resistance calculation unit 4A to calculate each internal resistance of plural blocks 10A based on the block voltage and battery current, and the abnormal temperature rise detecting part 4 detects the abnormal temperature rise of the single battery 10B based on each internal resistance and appointed threshold value of plural blocks 10A.
