PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device constituted so that developer or the like splashed in an image forming device is prevented from being attached to the detection surface of a temperature detection means, and the temperature detection accuracy by the temperature detection means can be enhanced and the image forming device having this fixing device. SOLUTION: This device is provided with bias voltage applying means Y1 and Y2 applying bias voltage whose polarity is identical to the electrifying polarity of toner C1 to the sensor parts of thermistors S1 and S2 so as to prevent the toner from being electrostatically attached to the sensor parts of the thermistors S1 and S2. |
