PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control device for discharging electric charges accumulated in a capacitor from the mounting surface side of a printed board. SOLUTION: A conductor pattern 4, connected to both terminals 1a of an inverter capacitor 1, is led to a mounting surface 2a of a printed board 2, and an exposed part 4a is provided at an adjacent conductor pattern. So a short- circuitting can be established between the exposed parts with a power source plug, etc. An maintenance, the electric charge accumulated in an inverter capacitor can be discharged effectively.
