<p>Compounds represented by the general formula (I), pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof or hydrates of the same; wherein, for example, R?1, R2, R3 and R4¿ independently represent each hydrogen, alkyl, etc.; R?5 and R6¿ independently represent each hydrogen, alkyl, etc.; R?B and RC¿ independently represent eachhydrogen, alkyl, etc.; X represents -O-, -S-, etc.; Y represents 5-membered heteroaryldiyl, etc.; and Z represents optionally substituted aryl, etc. These compounds have effects of inhibiting theras cancer gene product downstream signal and inhibiting cell proliferation and, therefore, are useful as drugs such as antitumor agents.</p> |
