PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Internet interface utilizing a remote control function and the using method capable of automatically connecting and retrieving a pertinent Web site and providing a required Internet service by utilizing the remote control function and making only the characters of Japanese, alphabets or numerals or the like be inputted. SOLUTION: When only hangul characters, the alphabets or the numerals are inputted by utilizing the remote control function and a pertinent Internet service is requested, the URL of the pertinent Web site, and an URL and streaming file name are distributed in response to it and thus the required Web site is connected and TV or radio broadcasting or the like is viewed and listened to just by the Japanese, the hangul characters, the alphabets or the numerals. Thus, even when an Internet service user does not know the URL of the Web site to connect, just by inputting the language characters of the Japanese or the hangul characters, the alphabets or the numerals, the Web site is connected and retrieved and various net services are utilized by a simple method. |
