PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic sensitive body which is excellent in wear resistance of a photosensitive layer, resistance to film scraping and durability, and especially to provide a monolayer type organic photosensitive body which is excellent in the properties. SOLUTION: This electrophotographic sensitive body is provided with the photosensitive layer comprising a binder resin which contains at least an electric charge generating agent and a charge transporting agent on an electric conductive base body and, therein, the binder resin is made of polycarbonate resin containing polyamine.
