PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a larger electric current to flow by easily radiating heat generated by a coil in the air to suppress temperature increase without fixing the coil by resin forming, for preventing an oscillation between coil wires of a line filter during the current flow. SOLUTION: A troidal coil is formed by using a troidal coil supporting tool which mounts the troidal coil on which a straight angle wire is wound on a board and which is provided with a ring core supporting part, an equipped holes for the board, and a pair of relay terminals which connect a coil terminals and wires.
