PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a processing which applies a load to a processor such as renewing of a system program in a field server without having any influence on the natural function and monitoring control function of the field server. SOLUTION: The time band where the number of using electric apparatuses is minimum in a day is calculated from the statistical information for electric apparatus obtained by analyzing the using state data of electric apparatuses obtained by the monitoring function of the field server, and the time band data is transmitted to an external power server to obtain a further adjusted time band. According to this, the access time of the field server group to the external power server and a communication line is dispersed, whereby the communication time can be minimized without applying a load to the processor of the field server, and the download of a program can be thus quickly performed to renew the system. |
