PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device and a process cartridge capable of improving the usability of the device by eliminating an user's unsealing work for developer in a developer container, and also, capable of attaining the simplification of the constitution of the developer container and the reduction of the cost by integrally constituting the developer container, and also, to provide an image forming device equipped with the developing device and the process cartridge. SOLUTION: As for the pressurizing force of a blowoff preventing sheet 103 against the developing roller 10d, the pressurizing force can be switched to a pressurizing force sufficient for sealing between the circumferential surface of the developing roller 10d and the inner part of a toner storing frame body 10a so that toner lying on the developing roller 10d can pass through a gap between the blowoff preventing sheet 103 and the circumferential surface of the developing roller 10d and then the toner can be carried from the counter position between the photoreceptor drum 7 and the developing roller 10d into the toner storing frame body 10a when the developing roller 10d is rotated, or a pressurizing force which is higher than the 1st pressurizing force and sufficient for almost thoroughly sealing between the circumferential surface of the developing roller 10d and the inner part of toner storing framed body 10a. |
