摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new organic compound material for a luminescence layer for realizing new EL element which has high luminescence brightness and high luminous efficiency. SOLUTION: The EL element 10 is constituted with a glass substrate 1, an ITO electrode 2 which is a transparent electrode, a positive hole injection layer 3, a positive hole transportation luminescence layer 4, an electron transportation luminescence layer 5, and the MgAg electrode 6 that is a back surface electrode, and they are laminated in this order. The positive hole transportation luminescence layer 4 consists at least of either of organic compound materials tri(o-tarphenyl-4-il) amine or tri(p-tarphenyl-4-il) amine. The electron transportation luminescence layer 5 consists of organic compound 5,5'-bis(dimethylbolyl)-2,2'-bithiophen. Furthermore, the positive hole injection layer 3 consists desirably of 4,4',4"-tris(3-methyl-phenyl-phenylamino)triphenylamine.
