<p>A die cast method, comprising the steps of vacuating a cavity (30) of a die cast metal mold to 100 mb or below, blowing reaction gas from a sleeve into the cavity (30) overlappingly with the vacuation to increase the ambient pressure in the cavity to the atmospheric pressure or above, filling aluminum alloy molten metal (M) into the sleeve (40) while continuing the blowing of the reaction gas, vacuating the cavity (30) again, and moving forward a plunger (42) to press-fit the aluminum alloy molten metal (M) inside the sleeve (40) to the cavity (30), whereby vacuation, blowing of reaction gas, and re-vacuation can be overlapped with each other so as to efficiently discharge air and moisture content to the outside of a system at the time of filling of the molten metal, reacted gas is also discharged to the outside of the system without being taken into the molten metal, and thus inclusion of gases such as air and vapor can be eliminated, and a die cast product capable of being used also as a functional component can be provided.</p> |
