Press-sintered molded part is produced from a metal powder containing (in wt.%): 0.5-2.0 carbon, 5.0-16 molybdenum, 0.2-1.0 phosphorus, 0.1-1.4 manganese, 0-5 chromium, 0-5 sulfur, 0-7 tungsten, 0-3 vanadium,2 other elements and a balance of iron.
