<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a laminated ceramic electronic component, in which a laminating step is included for laminating ceramic green sheets economically without causing damage on the ceramic green sheet even when a very thin ceramic green sheet is used. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the laminated ceramic electronic component includes the flowing step for obtaining a ceramic laminated body. An inner electrode 3 is formed on a first ceramic green sheet 2. A ceramic green sheet 5 supported on a second carrier film 4 is laminated and stuck by heat on the ceramic green sheet 2. While the second ceramic sheet 5 is made transparent, the inner electrode 3 at a lower part is detected. With the inner electrode 3 as a reference, an inner electrode 8 is formed. The steps for laminating the second ceramic green sheet 2 and forming the inner electrode are repeated to obtain a laminated sheet. The laminated sheet is operated by using a jig and laminated to obtain the ceramic laminated body.</p> |
