PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital information processing technology capable of uncompressively recording (duplicating) to a CD-R, etc., by extendedly processing the compressed voice information such as the voice of DVD video, voice of video CD or MP3 file. SOLUTION: This process is made in such a manner that the compressive information is reproduced from a recording medium and the reproduced compressive information is extendedly processed, and the 1st time information included in the compressive information is extracted, and the 2nd time information is produced by using this 1st time information and the sample amount of extendedly processed information, then the extendedly processed information and the 2nd time information are multiplexed so as to record this multiplexed information to a recording medium different from the above recording medium. |
