PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an assembly structure of a battery pack that mounts a battery cover set housing a secondary battery onto a battery case attached to a portable electronic unit for wireless communication without up-and-down error and confusion in positioning. SOLUTION: This assembly structure of a battery pack is equipped with a nearly rectangular battery cover 10 housing a nearly square secondary battery 11 and composing one of shorter sides with a non-linear line, and a battery case 12 having an internally enclosing shape that can tightly enclose the said battery cover 10 and electrically and mechanically mountable onto such a portable electronic unit that is carried and used for wireless communication as a portable telephone.
