PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically calculate the size of a program to be loaded in a further simple method in a device on which a program is loaded. SOLUTION: When a program is loaded, the size of a data part or a code part is discriminated. At that time, a writing address is compared with a code/ data writing end address, and when they are not made coincident with each other, writing such as NOP is operated.
