PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive to speeding up and cost reduction of data transfer between a disk drive device and a circuit on the host side in an information processor with built-in disk drive device. SOLUTION: In this information processor 1 consisting of a main signal processing means 50 and the disk drive device 30, a program on the side of the main signal processing means 50 is changed by dividing a flash memory 32 in the disk drive device 30 into plural areas, reading and using an area 1 by a microcomputer 31 in the disk drive device 30 and reading and using an area 2 by a microcomputer 53 on the side of the main signal processing means 50. Thus, the flash memory 32 can be efficiently used by plural microcomputers.
