摘要 The adhesion measuring method has mechanical stress fields (8) provided at a boundary suface (6) of a test object via localised heating, e.g. using a modulated laser beam (9), with ultrasonic pulses supplied to the test object for propagation in the direction of the boundary surface and detection of the ultrasonic echo signal or transmitted ultrasonic signal for determining the periodic characteristic of the reflection or transmission at the boundary surface. An Independent claim for a boundary surface adhesion measuring device is also included.
