APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR COOLING NON-FLOW SYSTEM

PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for cooling a non-flow system is provided to prevent pollutants from entering from the outside to the inside of a system and maintain a uniform temperature inside the system. CONSTITUTION: When a power is applied to a system in a state that power of the system is off(S10), a control module operates units which are operated by a heat source. It is determined whether a temperature inside the current system is included in a preset temperature(S20). The temperature inside the system is periodically measured in a state that the control module is in a standby state(S30). A temperature distribution inside the system is corrected by a convection in a manner that a cool air locally formed by a Peltier module is forced to be circulated by a fan for convection(S40). It is determined again whether the temperature inside the system whose temperature distribution is corrected is included in the predetermined drive temperature of the Peltier module(S50). A power greater than the power applied to the Peltier module for fast cooling is applied to the Peltier module(S60).
