A channel runs round a door's lining in which a flexibly moldable fitting strip (4) for a magnetic seal (5) is held tight. This fitting strip has a lengthwise section (6) running from the open end and having supporting projecting parts (7,8) on its side. The fitting strip's two lengthwise sections (6,9) have differing elasticity. One lengthwise section (9) has less elasticity and greater moldable stiffness than the other lengthwise section (6).
