PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game system capable of reproducing smooth game music. SOLUTION: This game system is provided with a waveform data storage device for storing waveform data on a waveform pattern for changing a tone quality in time series in a specific time, a game control device for carrying out a game on the basis of a prescribed program and repeatedly reading out and outputting the waveform data from the waveform data storage device and a music reproducing device for reproducing the waveform data outputted from the game control device as music, and the game control device comprises a waveform data switching means for outputting waveform data to the music reproducing device by reading out the waveform data different in the waveform pattern from the waveform data storage device instead of the waveform data read out just before a prescrined time passes with every prescribed time. |
