PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hose metal fitting provided with necessary strength, structure and function by simultaneously performing the molding of a socket with the assembling of the hose metal fitting in the firmly fixation of the socket to a nipple, and a manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of hose metal fitting comprises inserting a pipe 5 cut in a prescribed length into a through hole 16 at the end of a clamp 6 grasping the nipple 1, and guiding it by a circular surface 17 formed on the bottom of the through hole 16 to fix one end surface of the pipe to the nipple 1.
