PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high speed rotational composite member capable of reducing the deflection of the center axis of a soft part, and suppressing the noise caused by the deformation and vibration of the soft part when rotated at high speed about the center axis of the soft part. SOLUTION: This high speed rotational composite member consists of a soft part formed of a cylindrical or columnar rubber elastic material and a hard part formed of the thermoplastic resin joined to the soft part. The soft part and hard part are chemically joined. The hard part may be of flat plate shape symmetrical with respect to the center axis of the soft part, and may be joined to the end of the soft part. The rubber elastic material contains the vulcanized rubber or thermoplastic elastomer. The soft part and hard part may be joined by a direct chemical reaction.
