PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smooth rotary moderation and rolling friction by driving a cam means slide contacting with each member into a pair of first and second cam elements so as to disperse surfaces abutting on each member. SOLUTION: In this hinge, a cam means 11 disposed between a first member 1 and a second member 5 is divided into a first cam element 7 and a second cam element 8 so as to disperse surfaces abutting on the members, thereby providing a relative rotary moderation and rolling friction between the first member 1 and the second member 5.
