PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach a rotation detecting means in a slanted state for shortening an overall length of a rotary shaft and lightening parts, and to improve mountability and enlarge maintenance space by shortening of an overall length. SOLUTION: In this rotation detecting means arranged on an outer circumference portion of a sensing rotor provided on the rotary shaft for detecting a rotating state of the rotary shaft, the rotation detecting means is arranged so that a directional axis of the rotation detecting means crosses a rotating direction of the sensing rotor, and a width direction of a teeth part of the sensing rotor is provided so it is perpendicular to the directional axis of the rotation detecting means.
