SOLUTION: A guide hole 2B and the first throttle valve bearing hole 3 are concentrically bored in a first throttle valve bearing boss 2 of the throttle body T1 of a one side. The second throttle valve bearing hole 7 is bored in a second throttle valve bearing boss 6 of the throttle body T2 of an other side, and a positioning guide boss 6B fitted inside the guide hole 2B is formed concentrically with the second throttle valve bearing hole 7 on an outer circumference of a one side end part 6A. Other side end parts 4B and 4B of a pair of one side positioning connection bosses 4A and 4A of the throttle body T1 of the one side are arranged so as to abut to one side end parts 8B and 8B of a pair of other side positioning connection bosses 8A and 8A of the throttle body T2 of the other side, the positioning guide boss 6B of the throttle body T2 of the other side is inserted and fitted inside the guide hole 2B of the throttle body T1 of the one side, and in such state, the pair of one side positioning connection bosses 4A and 4A and the pair of other side positioning connection bosses 8A and 8A are screwed together.
