PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise control cover structure having durability and workability similar to those of a conventional gutter and being applicable to existing various ditches by using auxiliary members. SOLUTION: This noise control cover structure has a gutter cover 1 mounted on a gutter body 10. The gutter cover 1 has a bottom face 3 put on a covered portion of the gutter body 10, of which one portion is plane and the other portion has a recessed or protruded circular face 2. One covered portion of the gutter body 10 has a flat face 12 as conventional, corresponding thereto, and the other covered portion has a protruded or recessed circular face 11, corresponding to the number of the gutter covers 1, being the same in circle as the circular face 2 of the gutter cover 1. The protruded circular face 2 of the gutter cover 1 is put on the recessed circular face 11 of the gutter body 10 or the recessed circular face of the gutter cover is put on the protruded circular face of the gutter body.
