PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehydration system for performing dehydration so that slurry can be recycled, a muddy water-treating system using it, and a dehydration method. SOLUTION: By providing a filter-pressing device with a filtering chamber 17 that can be opened and closed being formed by a filtering plate 16 where slurry is supplied and a recessed groove covered with a plurality of filtering clothes 18 is provided, a pressurizing means for applying a positive pressure 100 to the slurry while the filtering chamber 17 is closed while slurry is being supplied, and a vacuum suction means for sucking the water of the slurry by applying a negative pressure 102 while the slurry is being pressurized, the slurry is set to a semi-dehydration cake where the outside and inside are made of a plastic body and liquid, respectively. By machining the semi-hydration cake to the raw material or the like of fluidizing treated soil, the slurry is recycled.
