PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent cracking or fuzzing of a surface part of a green sheet of an inorganic sheet which occurs in the vicinity of the outer peripheral part of a forming die on the occasion when an indented form such as a pattern or a joint is press-formed in the surface of the green sheet of the inorganic sheet prepared by extrusion or paper-making process, and thereby to provide the inorganic sheet excellent in the external appearance. SOLUTION: A flow-restriction portion 3 projecting from the surface 1a of the die is provided in the outer peripheral part 1b.
