PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punching blade capable of folding a folding part in a chevron shape without generating a crack in a wave-shaped cutting blade. SOLUTION: In a knife blade 3 having a wave-shaped cutting blade 5 in a side edge, a folding part 8 in a chevron shape is provided. A cutting blade 5a formed at the top part 8a of the folding part 8 is imparted with toughness as a straight blade, which is in a condition before folding of the folding part 8 and left as an unfolding part without forming in a wave shape, and prevents generation of a crack therein.
