PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the dislocation, abrasion, or the like, of a float stop, or the like, during the use of an internally threaded fishing rod. SOLUTION: The inner surface of rod top part has at least two kinds of tapers, that is, a taper (T1) formed on the inner surface on the root side of the top part 6 and having a value of almost straight, and a taper (T2) formed on the inner surface 6b on the tip side of the top part 6 and having a value larger than the taper (T1) of the above inner surface on the root side. On the inner surface of the top part, this fishing rod has a fishing line-guiding convex (11).
