PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate handler's acquisition of respective desired information on diagnosis in method for operating a CT apparatus so that the handler can acquire measurement data related to a scope of measurement of subject. SOLUTION: This method for operating the CT apparatus comprises a step for preparing an X-ray image in a scope of a subject including the measurement scope, a step for inserting many labels to characterize a scope of reconstitution in which image data are reconstituted form the measurement data, a step for corresponding at least one reconstitution parameter to each scope of reconstitution, and a step for reconstituting image data related to each scope of reconstitution by taking the reconstitution parameter corresponding to the scope of reconstitution into account.
