PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blow-molding method and a blow-molding die device, wherein a molding of a high draw ratio is possible by using the same molding machine, a parison is prevented from being punctured even for a flat molding article or a complicated molded article, and a blow-molded article being excellent in the surface appearance such as glossiness can be stably manufactured. SOLUTION: A molten parison 6 is extruded into a space between a pair of blow-molding dies 2, and a closed space 12 is formed with a separate member 4 from the molding dies. Then, a gas is blown in, the parison is blown up and closely joined to the wall surface of the closed space. Then, under a state wherein the inside is pressurized, the molding dies are totally closed, and a final shaping and a cooling are performed for this blow-molding method. This blow- molding die device comprises the blow-molding dies and a closing member which is provided in a manner to be slidable with the outer peripheral surfaces of the dies. Also, the blow-molding die device has a resin reservoir space 10 between the closing member and the die main body when the pair of the molding dies are closed.
