The powder is a multilayer-coated powder comprising a base particle having thereon a multilayered film comprising at least one thin layer comprising a metal sulfide, a metal fluoride, a metal carbonate or a metal phosphate. This multilayered film reflects or absorbs the light having a specific wavelength according to the thickness thereof, the sequence of layer superposition, etc.
